Our hosting and content-delivery providers may also process standard connection information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the website.

When you submit the contact form, the information entered is used to review your request, respond to you, prepare an estimate, and discuss possible services. Required fields are identified in the form.

If you contact us directly through email, phone, WhatsApp, or an external social platform, that provider may process your information under its own privacy policy.

3. Formspree and Third-Party Processing

The website contact form is submitted through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. Formspree receives the form data and delivers it to Metrixblue. Its handling of that information is also governed by Formspree's own terms and privacy practices.

The current website also loads Google Fonts, Font Awesome and Lightbox resources from external providers, and the Contact page loads Leaflet with CARTO map tiles and OpenStreetMap attribution. WhatsApp and social links take visitors to third-party platforms. These providers may receive technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device details, the requested resource, and a timestamp, where needed to deliver their content or service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The only website local-storage key currently used is metrixblue-dark-mode, which remembers the visitor's selected light or dark appearance on supported pages. That preference remains on the visitor's device and does not contain contact information. The website does not currently use session storage for visitor information.

Third-party resources or external websites may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their practices are controlled by the relevant provider, not Metrixblue.

Our website links to external services, including social networks, WhatsApp, email, mapping providers, and project-related platforms.
