This notice describes the information used by Metrixblue Library and its connected services.
Reading without an account
Visitors can browse, read and download the public PDF collection without creating an account. Downloaded files are stored on your device according to your browser settings.
Contributor accounts and public profiles
Supabase Auth handles account email, sign-in and password recovery. Account email is not included in public library profiles. Your username, display name, biography and chosen profile photo are public profile information. Publish only information you intend to share.
Books and files
Profile and book records are stored in the connected Supabase database. Contributor covers and PDFs are stored in Supabase Storage. Published books are available to visitors; drafts and their files are restricted to their owner through the contributor service. Library PDFs supplied by the operator are served from the website host.
Browser preferences and technical requests
The site can save your chosen interface language, reading mode and last reading page locally. Contributor authentication uses stored session information to keep you signed in. Clearing site data removes local preferences and may sign you out. Website hosting and Supabase process the requests needed to serve pages, account features and files, including technical request information.
Removing public availability
You can unpublish or delete your own books. This removes future public listing access, but does not retrieve copies already downloaded by others. Previously created signed file links can remain usable until their expiry.
Book activity statistics
The library counts book-page views, successful PDF reader opens and download starts from the launch of statistics. Repeat actions within 30 minutes are counted once. A random browser identifier is saved locally; the service uses hashed browser and, when signed in, account identifiers to prevent repeated counts. Visitor totals estimate separate browsers, not unique people. Only aggregate counts are shown on books and contributor profiles; viewer identities and account email addresses are not displayed. Clearing browser data can affect visitor estimates.
